H. Wayne McKamie, Jr., M.Ed., is President and Co-Founder of Focus Seminars of K.C., Inc.
Wayne brings 30 years of experience in the areas of personal growth and effectiveness. He has co-authored a book, The Passionate Heroic Zone. He has conducted seminars nationwide. Wayne has worked with CEO’s, Management, and Leadership Teams to target high performance and results in the workplace. He has worked with Corporations, Educational institutions, Churches, and Synagogues to improve communication, cooperation, and collaboration. He has had numerous appearances on TV and the Radio to help people remove barriers in their life and achieve their dreams. Wayne uses not only his communication skills but his great sense of humor as a way to energize and motivate groups of all sizes.
Wayne’s learning experiences include his educational and work environment as well as his church and home environment. He is a graduate from Southern Nazarene University and has a Masters of Counseling from Central State University in Oklahoma City. He has been married to his best friend and wife, Pam, for 35 years and they have raised their three children, Zach, Dustin, and Elise. He is the proud resident of Leawood, Kansas where he enjoys his many friendships. His hobbies include tennis and golf.
